a new red swear for me
i've been meaning to knit this sweater for over a year, ever since we started this KAL!
red cardigan of my own design, knit with briar rose grandma's blessing on size 3 needles.
everything felt right about this project from the start. a few bumps in the road at the blocking stage, but all's well that ends well, and i finally have myself a much-needed new sweater. it also feels good to accomplish a knitting goal that's been on the fire for a while.

Anne,
I love your red sweater! Your fears were unfounded - it fits beautifully. Is this going to be a knitspot pattern anytime soon? I'd like to do something similar, but I'd rather buy than steal your idea!

So beautiful! The buttons are perfect.
Sweater is very nice. I'm not usually a huge fan of varigated yarn but this is nice an subtle and looks great!
What a great sweater. I'd love to knit something like that as well. Please let us know if there will be a pattern available.
So beautiful! Nice colours.
I like that shaping and styling very much indeed. Looks elegant. And so glad to see that someone else took her time in finishing a red sweater (even if it was one of the founders of the KAL...)
